Elderly Day Care and Respite Service
Service objects: People who are 60 years old or above, also the citizens of Republic of China. Without mental disorders, infectious diseases, and (or) require special technical nursing care demands.

| Intense Respite Service. (For elderly who are not capable for self-care.) | NT$ 12000 / Month NT$ 450 / Day |
Application Procedure:
Documents require for application.
- Service application form.
- Contract.
- Personal identification and certification of residency.
- Two of 2 inches pictures.
- Public hospitals!A health certificate/report
Social Workers visit for intake, evaluation, and verify.
